Ola! I know.. It has been years. Hahahah. But suddenly the mood for blogging just boom! and came and hit me and here i am.. Blogging! Hahaha.. This is history!
Just came back from Beijing. Hahaha... That's kind of like the ONLY interesting things in my life right now.
When the plane just touched down on the soil of Beijing, the first thought that came to my mind: bold. Seriously, guys. It was and still bold. I expected patches of greens greeting me or maybe a little grey because of the roads but instead, brown came into view. Like patches of brown and brown and brown. Hahaha. But it was cool.
Few words to describe China. Loud, Bold, COLD, and loads of wrong spellings, grammar of English. When i reached the airport, i saw this sign, something about rules and regulations and guess what, they refer foreigners as ALIENS. It goes pretty much like this: Aliens who is a citizen of China or Aliens something. I'm seriously not kidding. Too bad i didn't take the picture of it! Pity. Still. It pretty much burns in my memory as it was one of the most hilarious thing I've ever seen. I laughed till my stomach turned over and my mum was just cool because I guess she expected that.
The first day was the best. We went to this place where the whole area was used as a place to exhibit arts and shops that sells awesome arts. It was only for a short time though, because when we reached Beijing, thanks to the delay of the flight, it was already late evening and the shops in the art thingy close early. People who know me knows i like art, especially the weird ones and the ones that require you to think what the artist is trying to convey and I was pretty disappointed as we were there for a really short time and we only saw a few art. But hey! Saw something really awesome! The art thingy has this really big silver cross! Planted right in the heart of the art place. The glorious cross glimmed under the soft moonlight and it was Heaven and I stood there for a really long time, admiring the peaceful scene painted before my eyes. After the art thingy, we went for dinner and hit the pillow and wait for the next day excitment.

Second day wasn't as cool. Went to places like the Forbidden City and Tian an men square and somewhere which i forgot. Hehehe.. Sorry ah. Lousy memory. The exact word to describe those places:crowded. No crap, guys. I could barely breathe there. How shoud i describe it? Hmmm. Okay, erm, imagine ships, sampan, you name it all, filling every inch of the wide sea. Yeah, that how it was. The history was l-o-n-g. I can't remember anything as China history can be traced as far as a few thousands years. Come on! Even Malaysia's few hundred years history pun saya tidak pandai, what more to say thosands of years with all the dynasty and with all the almost-the-same-name emperors who reign in those dynasties? Still, it was cool. The Emperor seriously was considered half-dragon during ancient times. Every inch of China, not just now, but last time as well, was built according to Feng Shui. Every single little details has a meaning behind it. Even the roof was designed with a meaning! And the numbers and everything. I can't name it all. As I said, I have, sadly, an extremely lousy memory.

Well, at least dinner was okay. Breakfast was lousy. Oh, yeah! The scenery there was beautiful! Autumn mah! The leaves of the trees turned dark yellow and they look like they are weeping as they know they have to leave the trees as Winter was approaching. The gardens was cool as well. The lakes, trees, palace, seemed to be painted to perfection for us! It was really cold, though! I remembered, when we visited the Summer Palace, I was practically freezing but it was worth it as I saw a cloud of thin mist hanging just above the lake, the willow trees standing gracefully as if it is dancing with the cold wind and was just there for me to take pictures. The cold wind there was like small, sly and mean blades slowly cutting my skin as it was piercing cold. I could almost cry of coldness! I wore layers of clothes and I was still cold! The tour guide, no rasa. Make me kek tiok. Oh well, at least I had the chance to experience the cold wind while appreciating an indescribably beautiful scenery. I was shivering and my teeth started making music by chattering non-stop. Hahahaha.. It was cool! Honesly, I'm grateful as I had the chance to experience those miserably cold days! =)

Ah, well. I'm a lazy person so I'm going to stop here. Hahaha. Oh, yeah! This is for Tian! Tian, to make you feel extremely kek-tiok. I saw pandas. Pandas that were hugging, sleeping, playing and everything. Tian, you really resemble them because they are really lazy (8 out of 10 of Pandas slept when I was there) and guess what, you are too! =D
